Introductions!

Greetings and welcome to the ‘Wet Coast Women.’ A place where women bloggers can meet up, network and share their stories of life on the western edge of Canada.

I decided to create this site after visiting many other fabulous community blogs for mommy’s in various urban areas like Toronto. I could not find the like for this side of Canada or Vancouver, and thought….why not?

Instead of building a site just for ‘mommy bloggers,’ I thought it would be more fun to open it up to all bloggers of the female persuasion. I think the more ‘types’ of people we meet. The more diverse lifestyles we encounter, the more we learn and enable our horizons to broaden from the breadth of experiences.

We can share our experiences. Make new friends. Build new friendships.

-Life on the Coast - share your tales about where YOU live

-Moms the Word - Parent talk, etc

-Shopping Spree - Well, that is fairly self explanatory

I am also looking for some good and useful links for any organizations, etc that would be useful for us all.
