Hi Everyone!

I’m delighted to be a part of Miss Crunchy’s (aka: Kerry’s) Wet Coast blogging community!

A little about me perhaps?

I’m a SAHM (although that ends Monday) to two beautiful girls aged 11 and 12. My husband is with the RCMP, so if you’re interested in hearing from someone who has lived all over BC - I’m your girl! This is our fifth move with the RCMP, and we are already trying not to scratch the nagging itch that comes from our gypsy blood!

Unlike some of the other contributors here at Wet Coast Women, I don’t live anywhere near a big city. Heck, we don’t live anywhere near a small city! We live in a tiny place that could be considered a ‘hamlet’ in the West Kootenays. There are about 1200 people here, and that’s just perfect for me! In the past, we have lived in Creston, Cranbrook, Hope, Boston Bar, Gold River, Kyuquot, and Ahousaht.

If a couple of those have you thinking, ‘Huh? Where the heck is that?’, then stick around and you will find out, as I will be writing all about the amazing, remote and rugged places we’ve called home over the past 11 years.

When I’m not here at WCW, you can find me over at The Buzz Queen, which is a hodge podge of whatever comes to mind. Sometimes it’s crafty kidstuff, sometimes it’s all about shooters - you just never know what you might find!
