Summer and Fresh Produce

I gotta say…my healthy eating improves VASTLY in the summer.  I love all the fresh fruit and vegetables that are available and could live on salad the whole time.

So on Saturday we hit the Trout Lake Farmers Market.

I highly recommend it…..a great variety of some amazing food.   Even organic meats!

And what fantastic prices for the cut flowers….wow.

    You know, I have never been to the farmer’s market at Trout Lake, but you photos make it look very inviting. I’m going to the next one…! Thanks for sharing that.
