Chocolate Lovers

When you think of viral marketing the 579 emails in your spam folder might come to mind. However I’ve had a pleasant experience in dealing with a marketing company out of Toronto over the last two years. Their angle is to approach bloggers, toss free things at them, and the only catch is that they would like you a) fill out a survey b) blog about your experience (if even just once) or c) write a note on Facebook about the whole deal. So far I’ve scored a free cell phone and an mp3 player so when I was contacted this morning about receiving some free Dove chocolate I was all over it.

Basically sign on up if you’re a fan of 71% cocoa premium dark chocolate like I am … oh man. You just need to meet the following criteria to receive your “Dove® Pleasure Kit”:

* Are female
* A chocolate lover
* Live in urban Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver
* Are between the ages of 25 and 45
* Are socially active online/offline
* Talk/blog about it whenever the opportunity arises

This isn’t a commercial by any means, it’s more of a ‘cool things bloggers can do’ sort of thing. You’re very welcome to give a bad review and openly express your opinions about any of the campaigns or products and the items they do send you are at no costs, whatsoever.
