Bloggy stuff

I have a question out there for anyone and everyone who might have an answer.

It seems my blog, Resolving Timeline Issues, has been hacked. Its currently down while The Mastermind tries to find it.

Odd phrasing? Well, its GONE. Poof. Disappeared. Its gone from the internet (except for some pages cached by google), and gone from the server it was on.

Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? I’m not even really sure what questions to ask.

    Weird….I can’t remember do you have your own url and host? I would check with them and see if they can trace any IP’s or something that accessed it.

    Bah - doesn’t matter. Its gone. Database is completely deleted. I use freehost for it, so there’s zero support. It was set up on one of our servers at home so The Mastermind is trying to figure out where the hackers got in before he sets it up again.

    And you think I have backups? No, that would make WAY too much sense.

    Aw, thanks, CC. Its much appreciated.

    Apparently, it required a full reinstall of Windows Server.

    Normally, I thank my lucky stars for Tommy Douglas. Today, I thank my lucky stars for The Mastermind, who can handle this stuff. :)
