Who Will Be Our Next Mayor?

Not Carol Taylor anyway.
And while I can’t say if I would have voted for her or not, she would have at least NOT been Sam Sullivan.
Unless there is some super hero hiding in the woodwork somewhere, there doesn’t look like we will have much of a selection (again) this time around.
I do think that bringing Vision Vancouver back into the Cope fold would at least give someone who isn’t NPA a fighting chance. However, they need to show me a strong and capable candidate, and if it is any of the current council members….well, let’s just say I haven’t been impressed so far.
What do the rest of the Vancouverites here think?
Anyone here LIKE Sullivan? If so…please share!

I can answer the question, despite a media blackout, I am not a rumor, I will run and may win. Just as much of a shot as anyone else, I agree with Disraeli as quoted in Mark Twain’s autobiagrapht on statistics. So polls matter none at all. As for women in politics, I convinced one to run in 1996 in Vancouver-Burrard, wasn’t easy.
Lovely speaking, thanks,
