“Hari Om Yoga is a multi-classed Yoga Studio offering Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Anusara Inspired Yoga, Family Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and are introducing this fall to the community what we call our “Friday Night Affair” which is a series of ‘unique’ events occurring each Friday night between 8pm to 9:30pm (for example one Friday night will be Acoustic Yoga with a live guitar accompaniment).
Our 1300 sq ft Yoga Studio area is done in Bamboo Floors (for Hygiene reasons instead of carpeting),a brick wall with windows all reminiscent of a Manhattan Loft space. A Yoga resource library where you can read Yoga books / magazines and a private teaching studio are on the main floor.”
