Road Worthy

If there’s a no-miss festival on the Sunshine Coast, for our family it’s the Sleepy Hollow Show and Shine. For one day, a street in town is closed off and hot rodders park their shiny toys for pedestrians to stroll through, drool over, and take pictures off.

My guys are no exception. Dark clouds threatened to rain throughout the day, but it held back and instead we had a distinctly cool time checking out all the eye candy on the road.

There was a lot of talk about torque, something-or-other-stroke engines, horsepower and whatever else that I couldn’t follow, so I took pictures.

Lots of pictures. Until I got to THIS car.

“Honey, you did say we were going to trade in our Toyota at Christmas, didn’t you? I really like THIS car. ”
